Jackson Hole winters are unique. While annual snowfall is 33 feet and the average daytime temperature is 21 degrees, bright sunny days and our dry mountain air keep body and soul warm and lively. The Jackson Hole Ski Resort, just 13 miles from the Elk Refuge Inn, has over six miles of beginner to advanced ski terrain. In addition, there are snowcat tours into Yellowstone Park, miles of cross-country ski and snowmobile trails, horse-drawn sleigh rides through the National Elk Refuge, dog sled rides, and lively evening in town.
